GROUND BASE
Undertake a sub-base appropriate to the terrain we find. We do not always have ideal conditions for the creation of a soccer field, but that does not mean that it is not possible to create it.
DRAINAGE
Prepare a large drainage system in which the waters evacuate quickly and do not create puddles. Puddles, in addition to hindering the practice of soccer, deteriorate the materials more easily in the area in which they form.
THE RAW MATERIAL
The raw material of artificial turf must meet the following qualities:
- A high-quality Polyethylene Fiber, due to its great resistance to UV rays.
- A Secondary Backing that prevents the expansion and contraction of the carpet in movements of abrupt changes in temperature and does not crack over time.
- The Decitex of the fiber must have a value between 12,000 and 16,000, so that while it is resistant, it is not abrasive for the practice of soccer.
