The TurfMuncher TM2000D quickly and efficiently removes and recycles artificial turf. It rolls the material into compact 2-meter pieces and separates the infill to facilitate reuse.

TurfCutter TC350H
Precise Cutting for Artificial Turf Removal
The TurfCutter TC350H is designed to cut artificial turf, with or without infill, to facilitate its subsequent removal. It allows the surface to be divided into strips of the desired width so that the material can be rolled up more conveniently and efficiently.

Management of Sports Artificial Turf Waste
At GardenStore, we are committed to sustainable and responsible management of waste from the removal of sports artificial turf.
Thanks to the use of specialized machinery, such as the TurfCutter and advanced recycling systems, it is possible to separate and recover up to 90% of infill materials, such as silica sand and rubber, for subsequent reuse.
The process includes mechanical extraction of the turf, classification of the different components, and their shipment to valorization plants where polymers are recycled to give them a new useful life. In this way, removed artificial turf can be transformed into new products for sports facilities, urban furniture, or circular economy projects, reducing environmental impact and promoting the sustainability of football fields and other sports facilities.
